New accents for Japan
In Osaka, Japan, a very special playground was opened in 2019. BørneLund operates 90 toy shops and over 20 indoor play and exercise areas in Japan. So far there are very few creative wooden playgrounds in Japan. Richter and BørneLund are therefore setting new accents for Japan with this project.
In the sand and water area, younger children in particular will enjoy playing with the elements at the water insides, pumps and mud tables. The nest cradle invites them to rest and in the small playhouses there is room for hiding and role-playing. The "Active Play" area with its challenging towers, bridges, climbing nets and slides appeals especially to older children. In addition, with the dancing chimes, a water whirlpool and a humming stone, there are exciting fields of experience for the senses that even adults can't resist.
