The equipment is installed with buffers which prevent the ball hitting the player or their training partner. This exercise trains the movement of the hands, arms and shoulders. It contributes to improving mobility, reactions and the sense of rhythm. In addition, this exercise trains coordination and the playful aspect gets people used to working together.
