New Richter attraction for Odds Farm Park
Odds Farm Park, the most popular family destination in High Wycombe, has expanded its game offerings with a brand new Richter game area to complement the existing Richter water and sand game areas. As one of the biggest farm attractions in the Kingdom, Odds Farm on Trip Advisor regularly receives top ratings. Ongoing new investments ensure that visitors return regularly. The management tries to expand the range every year, and this year they decided to create an extensive adventure play area in collaboration with Richter and Timberplay. A toddler area developed by Richter and Timberplay was opened in 2013, followed by a sand and water play area in 2014, and thanks to the greater challenges offered by the new playground equipment, the target group will be extended to older children.
The complex combination of playground equipment has created a play area with transitions, rope bridges and slides that is intended to inspire children of all ages. In addition, there are also climbing walls, micro-tips, bouncy boards and hexagonal swings. All the equipment has been chosen with a view to the large number of guests who visit Odds Farm on Sundays and public holidays, for example.
Steve Wenman, Manager of Odds Farm:
"The play area is extremely popular with the children, the feedback from visitors is excellent and the "wow" factor is just as we imagined it would be."
Odds Farm Park was established 21 years ago near Beaconsfield in the southern English county of Buckinghamshire and, after annual expansions, has become one of the UK's biggest farm attractions, attracting more than 200,000 visitors a year. The park is a key member of the National Farm Attractions Network (NFAN).
