Playground of the gold diggers, Disentis, Switzerland

The REKA holiday village in Disentis wanted a barrier-free playground, which should be modelled on a gold-digger's village. There are eight different huts, including a bank, a police station, a town hall, a workshop and a bar - each place equipped according to its function. In the bank, for example, there is a safe with gold bars, the police station has a cell for the bandits and in the merchant's shop there is a cash register.
Directly adjacent is a terraced water play area with pumps, water wheels, gutters, sand screens and two excavators. One of them can also be used by children in wheelchairs due to its special technical design.
