Artis Königlicher Zoo, Amsterdam, Netherlands

This very special zoo was founded in 1838 and is the oldest zoo in the Netherlands. With its historic buildings, planetarium and botanical garden, it is an integral part of the city of Amsterdam.
The playground is located in the centre of the complex, right next to the giraffe enclosure. Two platforms are connected by net bridges and there are also two tunnel slides. From the six-metre high platform the children have an excellent view over a large part of the zoo.
