Nature Play at Royal Park Melbourne, Australia

Unique due to its natural design in material, shape and colour

Playground sensitively integrated into the surrounding landscape

What makes this playground unique is its natural design in terms of material, shape and colour as well as the way it was integrated into the surrounding landscape. It was created by the City of Melbourne in close cooperation with Richter Spielgeräte.
Here you can discover a climbing area with various rope and balancing structures, nets and viewing platforms, a water play area with various pumps, gutters, dam, and mud elements as well as different slope slides integrated into the existing terrain. An arched bridge was specially designed for wheelchair users and families with prams, and its attractive appearance alone makes it a special meeting point. The movable suspended floor lets children experience a little thrill.
